Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of patient perception for humanistic care in China hospitals, and to provide a basis for developing nursing humanistic care measures and improving the quality of nursing humanistic care services. Methods A total of 30,099 outpatients and inpatients from 107 hospitals in 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) from July to August 2022 as survey subjects. A general information questionnaire and the Relational Caring Questionnaire-Patient Form were used for a cross-sectional survey, and a single-factor analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of patient relationship care. Results Finally,29 108 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 96.7%. The patient evaluation of relationship care was(65.72±8.61) points. Single-factor analysis showed that gender, age, marital status, children’s situation, education level, occupation, place of residence, average family income, medical insurance type, visiting department, and location of the visiting hospital, and whether or not surgery were influencing factors of patient relationship care(P<0.05). Conclusion The evaluation score of caregiver-patient relationship care among Chinese hospital patients is above average, but there is still room for improvement in western and rural regions, seriously ill and outpatient patients,low-income and low-medical insurance reimbursement populations, and non-surgical patients. Medical institutions at all levels should optimize and improve nursing humanistic care services based on influencing factors, and further enhance patients’ perception of nursing humanistic care.

Objective To construct an intra-hospital emergency nursing program for patients with acute aortic dissection suitable for the clinical scenarios in China, aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for carrying out evidence-based nursing practice. Methods Based on evidence-based methods, domestic and foreign literature was retrieved and summarized for the best evidence to form the first draft of intra-hospital emergency nursing program for acute aortic dissection. Delphi technique was used to conduct 2 rounds of correspondence among 30 selected emergency medical and nursing experts, and the final program was improved and established. Results 58 pieces of literature were included, and 95 pieces of best evidence were summarized. The first draft of the program was formed and 2 rounds of correspondence were conducted, with the recovery rate of the questionnaire of 100%,the expert authority coefficients of 0.869 and 0.868,the coefficient of variation of 0~0.17;the coordination coefficients of 0.473 and 0.613,respectively(P<0.05). The final intra-hospital emergency nursing programe for acute aortic dissection includes 3 level Ⅰ indicators,17 level Ⅱ indicators and 97 level Ⅲ indicators, including pre-examination triage, emergency rescue and nursing, and safe transferring. Conclusion The constructed intra-hospital emergency nursing programe for acute aortic dissection has detailed contents, wide coverage, strong scientificity and operability, which can provide references for emergency nursing practice.

Objective This study explored the application effects of a self-designed atomizer fixing bracket in the atomization process of patients. Methods The self-designed atomizer fixing bracket includes 4 parts with a base,a connecting pipe,a universal hose and a fixing part of the atomizer cup. 63 patients in the emergency ward of a tertiary first-class hospital in Hefei from January to June 2020 were selected as the control group;63 patients from July to December 2020 were in the test group. Patients of the test group used a self-designed atomizer fixing bracket to assist atomization process, while patients of the control group used conventional standard atomization methods for atomization treatment. The comfort of atomization, the atomization time and the number of atomization interruptions were observed in 2 groups. Results The atomization time of the test group were(23.05±2.86) min,and the atomization time of the control group were(16.46±2.31) min with statistically significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.001). The numbers of atomization interruptions in the test group were(0.86±0.47) times, while the numbers of atomization interruptions in the control group were(1.77±0.57) times, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P=0.013). The comfort rate of atomization in the test group was 92.06%,and the control group was 76.19%. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P=0.031). Conclusion The atomizer fixing bracket was convenient to use, which can help to improve the comfort of atomization of patients, reduce the number of interruptions of atomization, extend the time of atomization, and help improving the compliance of patients with atomization therapy.

Objective To develop the evaluation index system for health education in adult patients with acute leukemia treated by chemotherapy, which can provide references for clinical nurses to evaluate effects of health education and carry out targeted health education and guidance among adult acute leukemia patients with chemotherapy. Methods Guided by Knowledge Attitude Practice Model, through literature research,semi-structured interviews,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, the framework of the evaluation index system for health education in adult patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy and the weight value of each evaluation index were constructed. Results The recovery rates for the first and second rounds of the study were 80.00% and 93.75%,respectively. The expert judgment coefficient was 0.86,the degree of expert familiarity was 0.78,and the degree of expert authority was 0.82. Finally, the index system contained 3 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators, and 65 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system for health education in adult patients with acute leukemia treated by chemotherapy can provide unified standard for clinical nurses to conduct comprehensive and efficient health education evaluation.
